Rental price for the house is 350E per week April May and October, 420E per week June and September and 560E per week in July and August.
An extra charge of 50E per week will be made per occupant when there is occupancy by more than 4 people.

Payment details: - A deposit of 20% is required upon confirmation of booking. Settlement should be made of the balance by 2 weeks before arrival date. Settlement in £ sterling is preferred, but please contact the owner regarding payment arrangements.

A small supply of tea coffee, milk, sugar, condiments, water, beer and wine will be provided in the apartment for arriving clients. Maid service is twice a week, with the major clean and sheet change normally on a Wednesday and a shorter visit, normally on Saturday, when towels will be changed. These times will be adjusted if you arrive on other days than the normal Wednesday. transfer day. Personal laundry can be done for you by arrangement. It is a courtesy to leave a small tip for the maid on your departure.
